Our lubricants are characterized by the following qualities:
The LUBRAL LFC-1000 Series are ready-to-use EP high-quality lubricating oils that are mixed with the special LA LUBRAL additive. The LA LUBRAL additive increases pressure resistance, improves adhesiveness, is wear-resistant, prolongs service life of machinery, reduces noise, and provides easy-to-run characteristics.
The oils are anti-corroding, they lower working temperatures, and also reduce friction in boundary lubrication situations. Thereby it significantly reduces energy consumption (up to 30% electric power reduction was measured in 1997 by a Danish customer).
Especially developed "oxidation stabilizers" ensure long service life of oils as well as secure a high reliability.
LUBRAL oils contain non-toxic additives, this means that they are not harmful to health. The LFC-1000 series oils do not contain any PCB and chlorinated components, and can be disposed of as ordinary lubricating oil.
The viscosity classes prescribed by the machine manufacturers should be used.

Semi-synthetic high-quality oils for the Food and Pharmaceutical Industry with USDA-H1, NSF-H1 and VET approval LFC-3000 series
The LFC-3000 series oils are useful in the Food and Pharmaceutical Industry in the temperature range from -20 °C to + 120 °C (some oils have other temperature ranges, see table below).
The products are resistant against oxidation and aging and are free of resin. They are applicable as lubricants with incidental food contact.
An U.S.D.A.-H1 approval is available in all viscosity classes from ISO-VG-15 to ISO-VG-460.
An NSF-H1 approval is available in all viscosity classes from ISO-VG-22 to ISO-VG-680.
The LFC-3000 Series oils provide good protection against corrosion and are have a good compatibility with plastics and gaskets. The products are mineral oil-miscible. Main application lies in the area of circulation, gear and chain lubrication and for use as hydraulic and pneumatic oils, then HLP and CLP DIN-norms are met.
Olierne i LFC-3000-serien yder en god korrosionsbeskyttelse og har en god forenelighed med kunststoffer og pakninger. Produkterne er mineralolie-blandbare. Hovedanvendelsen ligger som olier til cirkulation, gearkasse og kædesmøring og, såfremt olierne benyttes som hydraulik og pneumatik, så bliver HLP og CLP DIN-normerne overholdt.
